Having established the particular connotations of the term "iatrogenic pathology" in C.C.F., the paper examines the main anomalies to some extent attributable to treatment that may be observed in the sequelae of C.C.F. Structural alterations to the tarsal bones are then examined (in particular necrosis, and deformities of the astragalic trochlea), residual deformities (equinism, adduction and their relative compensation mechanisms) and over-corrections.
